OEM and Private Label: Working With Our Factory
You keep the brand, we run the production. This is the full OEM workflow we run with distributors on four continents - pattern development, construction, packaging and the protections both sides care about.
Private label is where a trading relationship becomes a manufacturing partnership. We run OEM programs for distributors who resell under their own brand - full reels in their artwork, their labels, their barcodes. This guide documents the workflow for our film lines (P800DM, PA900DM, D1500) and the straw-woven wall covering line.
1. What OEM covers - and what it does not
- Covers: your logo on packaging film and box end labels, custom carton print, your brand color chips, dedicated pattern numbering under your code system, and custom pattern development.
- Does not cover: we do not produce under protected third-party patterns without written authorization from the pattern owner. Bring us your own designs or licensed artwork and we are comfortable.
- MOQ reality: stock programs from 1 roll (in-stock items); custom development from 10,000 m (USD 500 development fee, credited on order).
2. Pattern development workflow
- Brief: physical reference panel or high-res scan, target gauge, width 1.22 m standard, target market and compliance needs.
- Proofing: we produce a lab dip and embossing proof, couriered as A4 swatches with batch photos.
- Approval: signed swatch = the arbitration standard for the production run.
- Production: 15–20 days after approval and deposit; batch photos against master before shipment as standard.
- Archive: pattern file stays on file under your brand code for repeat orders - reorders skip development entirely.

4. IP protection, both directions
Two promises, written into every OEM order confirmation:
- Your artwork stays yours: customer artwork and tooling are used only for your orders and are never quoted to third parties. NDA available before any technical exchange.
- Our brand book stays clean: mirror of your white-label discipline, we do not sell your branded packaging or your numbered patterns to your competitors.
- No protected-pattern production: we refuse third-party protected patterns without the owner's written authorization - this protects you from importing disputed goods.
5. Pricing and lead times
OEM programs price as stock programs plus customization items (packaging print, custom chips, development amortization). Lead time is the standard 15–20 days production window after swatch approval and deposit; development adds 7-10 days for lab proof. Reorders under your brand code run on stock lead time. 6. Common OEM structures we run
- Distributor reel program: your label on our stock patterns, in-stock mixed orders from 1 roll, the fastest route to market.
- Brand swatch-book program: your own swatch books printed with your branding; film supplied to your swatch house in master rolls.
- Project specification program: a pattern family specified into a hotel or retail chain, produced per-phase with batch consistency documentation.
7. Getting started
Send your brand deck, target patterns and annual volume estimate through the inquiry form. We reply with an OEM structure proposal, a sample plan and an NDA draft within one business day. Frequently asked questions
Do you put our logo on the rolls and cartons?
Yes. Logo print on packaging film, box end labels and cartons is covered in OEM programs; carton print starts from stock programs with plate cost quoted separately where applicable.
Who owns the custom pattern we develop together?
You own the design rights to patterns developed from your artwork; production files are archived under your brand code and used only for your orders.
What MOQ applies to OEM orders?
Stock-pattern OEM (labeling and packaging) follows the in-stock program (from 1 roll); full custom development starts at 10,000 m with the USD 500 fee credited on the order.
Will you sell my branded product to my competitors?
No. Customer artwork, tooling and branded packaging are restricted to your orders - this mutual white-label discipline is written into our order confirmation.
Can you work under NDA before we share patterns?
Yes. Send a draft or use ours - NDA is signed before pattern files or scans are exchanged.
